分析了20世纪80年代以来香港的产业转移、产业升级及由制造业中心向贸易中心转变的情况,同时借助中间人理论分析了外国进口商和中国内地的加工企业通过香港中间人开展贸易的深层次原因,指出:内地沿海地区开展加工装配活动的劳动力成本优势已经或者正在消失,向中部地区转移加工产业,实现沿海地区产业结构和产品结构升级,既符合加工装配活动发展的客观规律,也有利于实现沿海地区和中部地区的双赢;为了更多地分享加工贸易利益,中国内地必须建立自己的贸易中心,此中心非上海莫属。
