萧家桥油酥饼系清光绪年间，由李道隆所创，因其在萧家桥经营而得名，迄今已有百年历史，为我市著名特产，享誉长江中下游一带，曾分别荣获省、市优质产品称号。1978年《人民中国》用中日文字予以登载，进行宣传推介。该产品由富强粉、桂花、酵面、芝麻油、黑芝麻、白芝麻仁等十多种原料精制而成，分甜、咸两种，形似蟹壳，色泽金黄。
