| 运动病 motion sickness 乘坐运载工具时出现的以头昏、 眩晕、恶心、呕吐、面色苍白、出冷汗等一系列前庭和植物神经反应为主要临床表现的疾病。包括晕车、晕船、晕机和宇航病。运动病的发生与前庭系统和视觉系统有密切关系，例如乘车、航海或飞行时，常产生各种加速度刺激，当刺激过强或刺激时间过长，超过前庭系统的耐受阈限时（每个人的耐受阈限不同），即会发生运动病。可以认为前庭系统、视觉系统和其他系统从日常生活中感受到的刺激信号储存于中枢神经系统内，当处于乘车、乘船、乘机等新的运动环境时，其感觉信号与储存于中枢神经内的信号相异，产生不适应状态，导致运动病发生。凡有前庭功能过敏或异常者，不适合从事司机、海员、飞行员的工作。经常锻炼身体可以加强前庭功能的稳定性，减少运动病的发生。治疗运动病的药物有氢溴酸东莨菪碱、乘晕宁、对氯胺、异丙嗪等，但这些药对中枢神经系统均有抑制作用，对司机、驾驶员是不适宜的。东莨菪碱加右旋苯丙胺的疗效较好；另外，耳廓后方皮肤贴敷能透入皮肤的东莨菪碱，使药物缓缓进入血中而产生疗效，这种方法副作用小，优于口服药物。 |
