政府要理性地运用法律及相关制度创新促进我国农业产业化的发展进程,从农业生产的组织模式、土地使用模式、合同保障模式以及政府农业管理模式等四个方面来构建农业产业化的综合体系,以使我国农业走上一条适合中国国情的可持续发展的产业化道路。
