This paper puts forward a hypothesis of using the six symbol divination method in the digital diagrams of Shang and Zhou dynasties, explains the reasons of digital changing of the digital diagrams, negates the popular theory of Yi Diagrams originating from the divination digital, and opens up a new prospect of Shang Zhou Yi Xue.

According to analysis and discussion of physiological, pathological characteristics and transition, transformation laws in terms of six meridians mentioned in treatise on exogenous febrile diseases, (it s) concluded that the essence of six meridians diseases in treatise on exogenous febrile diseases are six kinds of syndromes.
