In order to find out the reasons why the phenomena of violating discipline can not end after being repeatedly forbidden, we have the factors analysised mathematical statistics and qualitative analysis in ideaistic work by using two ways of questionnaire research and commune research, educe some useful disciplinarian, and bring forward some opinons for solving this difficult problem.

Through the investigation on the readers violation phenomenon in university library,this paper analyzes on the causes of the generation of the violation phenomenon,and puts forward some methods for solving this phenomenon.
