【报批建设项目用地】在审批建设项目用地过程中，按征用土地审批权限规定，需报_L级人民政府进行审查批复的活动。土地管理部门报批建设项目用地，除用地单位正式申报建设用地时按土地审批权限抄报给上级土地管理部门有关附件外，还应向同级人民政府或t级土地管理部门加送以下附件:1.土地管理部门对建设用地的审查意见;2.建设用地征求意见书或有关部门证明材料;3.对建址在城市规划区内的项目，应附城市规划管理部门的审查意见;4.建设项征目拨用地呈报表;5.征〔拨)用地的补偿安置方案和征地费用包干协议，并附征地费用计算依据。需报国务院批准的建设用地，由省级人民政府行文上报。报告、文件按国务院规定份数报送;附件一式三份，其中报国务院一份，抄送国家土地管理局一份，建设项目的国家主管部门一份。建址在城市规划区内的项目，另抄送建设部一份。
