1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、工作前还应该遵守：
a、 检查冷却系统和润滑系统是否畅通，如不畅通，应立即通知维修人员修理；
b、 检查进风口伐门是否关闭，如没有关闭，应立即关闭；
c、 检查油箱的油液是否足够，如不足够，应予加够；
d、 检查三角皮带的松紧度和磨损情况，如过紧过松或磨损严重，应予调整或更换。
3、工作中还应该遵守：
a、 开车时，钳工、电工、操作工人必须同时都在场，各自做好一切准备；
b、 启动时，先开冷却水伐门，再开电动油泵，使压力达到2公斤/厘米3。
c、 按机且旋转方向，用手扳动叶轮，手离开后，利用惯性，立即起动鼓风机；
d、 鼓风机启动后，将进风口伐门慢慢打开，并打开主轴带动的油泵伐门，然后关闭电动油泵；
e、 在设备运转过程中，如发现主轴震动，噪音较大，或轴承温度超地65°С，以及其它异常情况时，应立即与生产单位联系停机，另换机组；
f、 鼓风机房是生产重地，除操作维修有关仍员外，其他人员禁止入内。
5、工作后还应该遵守：
a、停机时，先启动电动油泵，关闭进风口伐门；
b、进风口伐门关闭后，再停鼓风机；
c、鼓风机完全停止后，关闭电动油泵，最后关闭冷却水伐门。
