On the basis of ultraviolet standard detector in National Institute of Standard Technology(NIST,USA), the absolute criterion was transferred to the responsivity unknown ultraviolet silicon detector, ultraviolet multiplier phototube and the ultraviolet solar blind photomultiplier.
