| 角色理论 role theory 阐释社会关系对人的行为具有重要影响的社会心理学理论。强调人的行为的社会影响方面，而不是心理方面。认为人既是社会的产物，又能对社会作出贡献。人在社会关系中的地位规定了人的社会行为，类似于脚本规定了演员的行为。人的社会角色是人在一定社会背景中所处的地位或所起的作用。 系统的角色理论包括3个方面：① 角色采择。指关于自己和他人角色的设想。②角色扮演。指按常规的期望显示出来的行为，也就是个人按照他人期望采取的实际行动。③角色冲突。一个人可以同时扮演多个角色，并能保持各角色间和谐一致。但有时也会发生角色冲突。有两类角色冲突：角色间冲突和角色内冲突。角色间冲突往往与对不同角色提出不同的甚至矛盾的要求有关，个人不能同时满足所有这些角色要求。角色内冲突通常与不同群体对同一角色的体现者提出不同的要求有关。 |
