Using analytical way of psychologist Soli and Telford with the current state of village elite political participation, this paper, from the perspective of politics, makes an analysis of the reason, the forms and the harm of the frustration in the process of village elite political participation, and investigates the way out to clear up this frustration.

Because of a variety of causes,the self-taught education participants in colleges and universities are very liable to meet learning frustration while they are fulfilling their study goals.
