This paper proposes a new image registration algorithm based on phase-correlation technology,two same size patch needed to be cropped in the central patch of the two image,then conduct the Fourier-Mellin transform,the transformed result was a 2-D impulse.
在相位相关技术的基础上,提出了一种新的图像配准算法,即在需要配准的两幅图像中心选取相同区域大小,进行傅里叶梅林变换,变换后是一个二维脉冲信号,由此而得到图像配准参数。

傅培梅
傅培梅（1931年—2004年9月16日）出生於中国东北的大连市，是台湾的知名厨师。
生平
傅培梅在19岁时到台湾，起先担任打字员等工作。结婚後为了煮出满意的菜色给丈夫，私下花钱向一家餐厅的师傅学习烹饪，学了两年多，学出了烹饪技术。
在1962年，台湾电视公司开播，她开始在该电视台主持美食烹饪节目「幸福家庭」、「每周一菜」、「家庭食谱」及「傅培梅时间」等。是台湾第一个在电视节目传授烹饪的人，「傅培梅时间」节目从1962年一直到2002年，播出一千四百多集，教了四千多道菜肴。她也出版了许多食谱。直到2002年因为生病而身体虚弱才终止节目及出书。
她对台湾人的影响深刻，藉由她的电视烹饪节目与食谱，许多台湾人也能自己在家中厨房烧出美味的家常菜。
