(1)圆糯米 1又1/2杯
水 1又1/3杯
(2)蟹肉 4两
香菇丁 1大匙
蛋 1个
葱花 1大匙
辣椒末 1/3大匙
(3)竹筒 1个
盐 1又1/2小匙
香油 1/2大匙
胡椒粉 1小匙
糖 1/2大匙
酒 1/2大匙
制作：
(1)将圆糯米洗净加入1又1/3杯水，放入电锅蒸，电锅外须加1杯水，将糯米蒸熟备用。
(2)将竹筒洗凈由圆筒处切开1/5，放入水中浸泡备用。
(3)将材料ｂ以及调味料全部拌入蒸熟的圆糯米中，再盛入竹筒凹(3)将材料(2)以及调味料全部拌入蒸熟的圆糯米中，再盛入竹筒凹糟，压紧固定後再盖上竹筒盖，将烤箱预热至180℃，把准备好的竹筒放入烤箱中，烤20～25分钟，至蟹肉熟透即可，取出盛入碗中即可食用。
