This is a descriptive study on the research centers and institutes at research -intensive U.

It has been demonstrated that research center is a successful form of organization by international practices.

Research bases in universities and colleges refer to the key laboratory,research center and social science research base in universities and colleges set by the nation or provinces and ministries.

Since the univerasity was built up,the evolution of the idea has experienced three Stages:first,it is an organization which cultivates talent;sceondly,it s not only an educational organization but also a research centre,thirdly,it should be a service organization except the above.

Teachers participate in the research of educational action and cooperate with professional researchers in constructing the research community of “based dialogue”,which is a reliable way for teachers to form a research consciousness step by step and to develop and enhance the ability of practical research.

Building research community through the collaboration between teachers and professionals is a feasible and effective approach to building teachers capacity of doing researches on educational practice.

The author starts from establishing the new mode of" teacher-researcher" integrated" research community of teachers\' professional development",creates the case study based on the teachers\' professional development, expecting teachers\' professional development normalization,becoming the occupation life style of middle school teacher.
