Contributions by Chen Mansheng of Qing Dynasty to the shape design of zisha teapots were analyzed, then the influence of Mansheng Teapots on the shape design of zisha teapots was introduced in combination with personal experiences in zisha design, and finally diversified thinking was proposed for innovative work.

The paper appraises the thinking methods in German and Japanese criminal law from two levels: it discusses upon what logic relation the essential feature of crime can be revealed on ontological level, while unveils how to deal with the relation between fact and norms on epistemological level.
