敷药发泡法 灸法的。又称天灸、自灸、冷灸、无热灸等。系利用某些对皮肤有刺激作用的药物外敷于穴位,以达到类似艾灸法的效果。可用大蒜、毛茛、天南星、蓖麻子、威灵仙捣成糊状外敷,或以白芥子、斑蝥等研末水调成糊外敷,敷药部位初起时感到发烫、灼痛,渐致起泡。发泡作用以斑蝥最强,大蒜等较轻。如敷药时间短,也可以只引起充血发烫而不致起泡。一般关节病痛可局部选穴。哮喘可敷膻中、大椎、肺俞。疟疾可敷内关、大椎。扁桃体炎可敷合谷。滞产可敷涌泉等。敷药发泡后应注意防止感染。
