性状描述:白色有光泽的片状结晶。熔点154-155℃,相对密度1.32,溶于四氢呋喃、环己酮、丙酮、醇、乙醚,微溶于聚氯乙烯用的各种增塑剂,不溶于水和二硫化碳。易燃,味苦,磨擦时发光。

生产方法:由苯胺与二硫化碳缩合而得。公斤/吨苯胺 900二硫化碳 420

用途:本品为硫化速度较快的促进剂,主要用于天然胶乳和氯丁胶乳制品,亦可用于制造硫化胶囊、水胎、补胎胶、电线电缆、工业制品、胶鞋等。本品也可作为乳液法聚氯乙烯的热稳定剂,特别适用于软质制品,一般用量为0.2-0.5%,不会使塑料制品着色,但不能防止制品受光变色。不能与铅、镉稳定剂并用,否则会导致制品变色。

二苯硫脲也是医药、染料的中间体,用于生产靛蓝、甲基靛蓝、硫化染料及浮选剂、防酸剂等。本品是测定锇、钌的化学试剂。

本品毒性低,小鼠腹腔注射LD50为400毫克/公斤,大鼠口服LD50为2000毫克/公斤,无致癌性。
