采用流变相-前驱物法合成纳米级Ce-Zr-O粉末,通过XRD、比表面积测定仪、拉曼光谱仪等对产物进行了表征,结果表明,采用碳酸锆、碳酸铈为原料,以水杨酸为络合剂,无水乙醇作分散剂,所得前驱物在80℃干燥和600℃灼烧1h,可得到纳米级Ce-Zr-O粉末,结构为CaF2型。
