The capacity enlargement and technology improvement of MAP plant are described from the increase of drying tower diameter(from 4 800 mm originally to 6 500 mm now)and attachment of secondary tail gas washing system,the tail gas containing-dust,ammonia and fluorine is exhausted according with national standard,meanwhile the product output is raised from 600 t / a to 1 150 t / a.

血浆扩容剂
是一种用以维持和增加血浆容量的制品。由于急性大量失血，大面积烧伤和烫伤，剧烈呕吐和腹泻等原因，导致循环血量降低，引起低血容量休克时，为了迅速补足血容量，以改善微循环，有时可用人工合成的血浆代用品，即血浆扩容剂。对于这些制品的要求为：①有一定胶体渗透压，可在血管内保持血容量；②排泄较慢，但亦不应在体内持久蓄积；③无抗原性，不引起严重不良反应；④无细菌和致热源污染等。目前常用的有右旋糖酐、羟乙基淀粉、人血白蛋白、氧化聚明胶和聚维酮等。这类制剂多需用生理盐水或5%葡萄糖液溶解，葡萄糖溶液缺乏离子，易使水分子转入细胞内，导致尿量减少，对休克不利，适于不应摄入过多氯化钠患者。
