The evolution of recrystallization texture and coincidence site lattice (CSL) grain boundary distribution as well as corrosion-resisting property of LY12 aluminum alloy samples annealed at different temperatures and for different times were studied by means of ODF analysis and EBSP (electron back scattering pattern ) technique.
