The new super-clean and high-purity reagent and the common CMOS reagent of acidor alkali were used simultaneously by cleaning experiment before grid oxidation in CMOS technology,the metal content of a piece of cleaned silica was measured by ACP-AES, the appearance pattern of apiece of cleaned silica was measured by AFM, MOS electric capacity was measured too.

科学技术发展迅速，产品更新频繁，在世纪之交，日本、美国、德国已率先采用膨胀石墨取代了超低钼高纯石墨（天然磷片）。其原因是：天然磷片超低钼高纯石墨虽有优良的导电性能，但与二氧化锰的粘结性差。采用膨胀石墨制备的碱锰电池，与用超低钼高纯石墨制备的电池相比较，其1500ma大功率放电时间可提高20-30%。
