In the view of heat diffusion problems raised by cooling water discharge from thermal power stations, the rate of temperature decay was introduced considering the effects of wind,water depth and water temperature on heat dissipation of free water surface to develop an one-dimensional numerical model for cooling water dis- charge into inland waters by using the software module ECO Lab.

Installation effect of dry-jet-mixing columns by laboratory model tests;

The main results and conclusions are as follows:(1) Laboratory model tests of anti-slide pile and anti-slide pile with prestressed anchors have been accomplished, and reinforcement mechanism of anti-slide pile with prestressed anchors system has been analyzed and discussed.
