3. 1 切碎机产品应按经规定程序批准的产品图样和技术文件制造，并应符合有关标准规定。
3. 2 切碎机产品按其技术水平和质量水平分为合格品、一等品和优等品。
3. 3 作业性能
3. 3. 1 玉米等高杆作物秸杆合格切碎长度应小于或等于100 mm。
3. 3. 2 切碎机在土壤含水率为15%~25%，玉米茎杆产量（按干物质计算）为12000 kg/hm2以上，茎杆无严重倒伏的条件下，作业性能指标应符合表1的规定。
