fenbush一wangluo guanll分布式网络管理(distributed networkma-川理，ment)把网络管理的各个要素分布在整个网络上的一种计算机网络管理。网络管理要素主要有网络管理功能、网络管理信息等。网络管理要素的分布方式有以下3种: (l)重复使一个要素同时存在于网络的不同系统，目的是为了提高整个系统的可靠性; (2)分散把某个要素分割成若干较小的要素，然后把它们分散在网络上，目的是为了使较小的系统能完成网络管理; (3)合作由网络上多个管理系统相互合作，共同完成一个网络管理功能，目的是为了能完成复杂的网络管理功能。 这3种方式有时也可混合使用。 分布式网络管理的优点是可靠，同时，由于访问的集中性(即对特定的网络管理功能或管理信息，往往在比较固定的系统上对它们进行访问)，在设计分布式网络管理时，可以安排得比较合理，从而提高整个网络管理的效率。它的缺点是如果分布不合理，可能造成管理效率低下，甚至影响整个网络的有效运行。(钱松荣)
