duolu}ianjioo多炉连浇(sequenee casting)指在连续铸钢过程中上一次引锭杆可连浇数炉钢水的操作。据统计，5炉连浇与单炉浇铸相比，铸坯产量提高约50%，金属收得率提高约3%，操作费用降低约25%，因此多炉连浇炉数代表了连铸机生产水平。多炉连浇是一项高难技术。它是连铸设备、工艺、管理水平的综合体现。为实现多炉连浇，已开发了一系列技术:(1)采用钢包回转台(见钢包支承装置)，实现快速更换钢包(能在1一Zmin完成)。(z)采用大容量中间罐，保证为更换钢包不降低拉速提供充足时间。(3)结晶器在线调宽技术。过去改变钢种和浇注断面必须中断浇注。采用结晶器在线调宽和异钢种连续浇铸技术，可使连浇时间大大延长。据统计，结晶器采用在线调宽，平均连浇9.7炉，而不使用在线调宽仅为5.5炉。(4)快速更换中间罐和更换浸入式水口技术。(5)防止水口堵塞技术。(6)减少连铸机的漏钢事故。由于多炉连浇有明显的经济效益，各类连铸机多炉连浇水平有明显提高。多炉连浇记录不断涌现。如1991年日本水岛厂板坯连铸机连浇927炉(300tLD炉)、34天、一次连浇坯24.8万t。4流方坯连铸机连浇1015炉、38天、一次连浇坯15万t以上。 (马怡绅张永霖)
