The dynamic variation of flower bud differentiation and the dissect features of a new health protection vegetable-Brassica japonica Sieb, as well as the influence of different photoperiod, different concentration of gibberellin on the flower bud differentiation were studied using paraffin continuous sliding and entity dissect in order to provide some theory bases for collect seed etc.
本试验以新型保健蔬菜——京水菜为试验材料,利用石蜡连续切片方法和实体解剖方法对京水菜花芽分化各时期动态变化过程及各时期的形态解剖特征进行了研究,同时采用不同光周期、不同浓度赤霉素处理对京水菜花芽分化进程的影响也进行了探讨,以期为京水菜采种等基础研究提供理论依据。
