原料: 原 料:
鲜萹蓄500克,葱花20克,熟芝麻粉20克,精盐3克,味精2克,红辣椒酱25克,黄酒5克,植物油30克。
制法: (1)萹蓄摘洗净,放入沸水锅中焯一下,取出挤干水分,切成段。
(2)炒锅上旺火,下油烧至五成熟,下葱花稍煸,再放红辣椒至出红油,烹入黄酒,放入萹蓄,精盐翻炒,再加入味精,熟芝麻粉炒匀,装盘即成。
特点: 红润碧绿,细嫩爽口,咸鲜香辣,清热利尿,温胃补肾。
