补充资料：银雪耳蜜柑汤
银雪耳蜜柑汤
用料：本汤取银雪耳20克，鲜蜜柑200克，冰糖100克，水淀粉适量。
制作：先将银雪耳放清水中浸发，然后隔水蒸一小时，取出备用。鲜蜜柑剥去外皮，取出柑肉，并去除柑橘络。将汤锅置旺火上，加进适量清水，再放进隔水蒸好的银雪耳以及鲜柑肉、冰糖，待煮沸后，用适量水淀粉勾芡即可。
功效：本汤能养阴润肺，滋润肌肤。
秋季皮肤干燥，容易上火，要多喝点汤汤水水的，自己动手做了一次，拍了张照片，色倒是蛮诱人的，吃起来甜甜的带点点酸，放冰箱里冻一下子，那是更加爽口啦！
