﹝出修习止观坐禅法要﹞
[一、辨邪伪禅发相],谓修禅之人,于禅定中,或觉自身如缚如压,或时身轻欲飞,或欢喜躁动,忧愁悲思,如是种种邪伪之相,与禅俱发。心若爱着,即与鬼法相应,多失心颠狂。是故修禅定者,于此诸相,即当一心寂静,辨其邪伪,知彼虚诳,不爱不着,则自然灭谢,是为辨邪伪禅发相。
[二、辨真正禅发相],谓修禅之人,于禅定中,端心正念,离诸昏散,但觉身心安隐,泯然虚豁,空明清净,寂静无为,而与正定相应。如前所说一切邪伪之相,了无所见,是为辨真正禅发相。
