Tennisonoperation
1952年由Tennison等提出后改进而来，是目前较为常用的方法之一。此法从裂隙外侧下方设计一个三角形组织瓣插入裂侧内侧下方。优点是定点明确，术后唇弓形态比较自然，但切除的组织较多，且破坏了患侧的人中嵴。适用于裂隙内侧唇高不足而裂隙外侧唇高正常的病例。
