Objective: To explore the feasibility of detecting FUS-CHOP fusion gene in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues as well as its diagnostic and differential diagnostic significance for myxoid/ round cell liposarcomas (MRCLs), and to explore the possible mechanism of chromosomal translocation in MRCLs.
目的:探讨在福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋组织中检测FUS-CHOP融合基因的可行性及其对黏液型/圆细胞型脂肪肉瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断的价值,并探讨黏液型/圆细胞型脂肪肉瘤染色体易位发生的可能机制。

子宫黏液样平滑肌肉瘤
黏液样平滑肌肉瘤大体形态呈胶样，缺乏一般平滑肌肉瘤形态特点。镜下形态良性，细胞少，间质明显黏液样变，核分裂少(0～2/10个高倍视野)；但此瘤临床上几乎都是恶性的。诊断恶性的依据主要是它呈浸润性生长，处理按恶性平滑肌肉瘤。
