【出处】验方
【组成】龙胆草1O克,菊花、槐花、绿茶各6克。
【功用】泻肝火,清热,明目,凉血。
【主治】①肝经实火导致的眩晕、头痛、目赤肿痛、耳鸣。或高血压病见有上述症状者。②湿热下注的小便涩痛、白浊、阴囊湿痒。
【制法】上药按比例配方,研成粗末,瓷器贮存。每取3O克,放入保温瓶中,冲入沸水5OO毫升,闷泡半小时后去沉渣,即可饮用,1日3次服完。
【宜忌】脾胃虚寒泄泻舌淡苔白者忌用。
【按语】龙胆草味苦如胆汁,性大寒,专清肝胆有余之邪火,且能除下焦湿热。元代医学家张元素称“其用有四,除下部风湿一也,及湿热二也,膝下至足肿痛三也,寒热脚气四也。下行之功与防己同,酒浸则能上行外行”。龙胆草含龙胆苦甙、龙胆碱、龙胆糖,有健胃作用,动物实验证明,龙胆碱能影响胃液分泌和运动机能,并有抗菌和降压作用。槐花凉血止血,清肝明目,主含芦丁,有改善毛细血管的功能。其水浸液注射于麻醉犬的静脉,结果显示能引起血压下降。再配伍清上焦热,疏风明目的菊花,以及清头目、除烦渴的绿茶,使寒凉药性得到强化。本方治头面五官实火诸证,疗效可靠。对下焦湿热所致之淋浊阴痒,药汁供内服;药渣可再加淡水适量供坐浴、外洗之用。
