通经 通经 是治疗闭经，使之通畅的方法。常用通经治法为： ①气血两虚证。表现为经闭、头昏眼花、耳鸣心悸、气短疲乏、舌淡无苔、脉沉细，用当归、白芍、川芎、党参、白术、甘草、丹参等药益气养血。 ②气滞血瘀证。表现为经闭、精神抑郁、烦躁易怒、胸闷胁痛、小腹胀痛、舌边紫暗或有紫点，脉弦或涩，用当归、川芎、赤芍、桃仁、红花、香附、延胡索等药行气活血。
