Agreement of Joint Operation between Germany, Italy and Japan
De一Yi一Ri Lianhe Zuozhan Xieding《德意日联合作战协定》(A gre。、ntofJO int OPerarion between Ge、any,Italy and关沪a劝德国、意大利和日本法西斯国家之间的军事同盟协定。1941年12月H日在柏林签订,同日生效。协定共4条,主要内容是:三国应共同以一切手段对美国、英国作战,直至获得胜利为止;三国保证除经彼此完全同意外,不与美英单独订立停战协定或和约;三国在战争胜利后将继续紧密合作,遵循三国同盟条约的路线,建立“新的和公正的秩序”。该协定是《德意日三国同盟条约》的补充,是太平洋战争爆发后轴心国进一步勾结的标志。但由于它们之间难以实行有效的战略配合,协定的实际作用很有限。 (朱听昌)
