原料/调料
面轮 4两 葱段 1/2杯 姜片 1/3杯 蒜头 12粒 辣椒片 1大匙 (1)米酒 1/2杯 酱油 1/4杯 糖 1大匙 (2)麻油 2大匙
制作流程
(1)将面轮用水浸泡2～3小时至软，再用水煮10分钟后捞起沥干备用。
(2)将锅预热后，放入麻油、姜片、蒜头、葱段、辣椒片等爆香后，再放入面轮及调味料(1)，略炒均匀后加锅盖，改中火烧至酱汁收干入味，即可熄火盛起食用。
