紫菜50克，猪心250克，料酒15克，葱段10克，姜片5克、肉汤750克，猪油50克，精盐、味精少许。
制法
紫菜泡发，去杂质；猪心剖开洗净，入沸水锅中氽去血水，捞出洗净切片。锅烧热加入猪油、葱段、姜片煸出香味，放入猪心片，烹料酒煸炒至水干，加盐、味精、肉汤，烧煮至猪心熟时加入紫菜，汤再烧沸时即可出锅盛碗。
功效
祛热除烦，利水养心。
用法
饮汤食料，佐餐用。
