After 10 day s treatment,periphrol blood were collected to derive T cell,and cytokines IFN-γ、IL-10 were detected by ELISA method,meanwhile,CMP s toxity on T cells was observed .
方法:CMP溶液给小鼠腹腔注射,10天后取外周血分离T细胞,体外将不同浓度的CMP与T细胞共培养,MTT法观察其对T细胞的毒性作用,ELISA法检测IFN-γ、IL-10的含量。
