——齐鲁职教界的一颗新星
山东纺织职业学院始建于1978年，2001年8月改建为高职学院。学院占地2000余亩，校舍建筑面积23.7万平方米，全日制在校生9700余人，专任教师400余人，外籍教师30人。开设高职专业38个，设有纺织工程、机电工程、信息网络、服装美术、外语、管理、土木工程、化工与环保、水产养殖等九个系，下设国际交流与合作学院、继续教育学院两个二级学院和乌克兰第聂伯大学潍坊分院、韩国新罗大学潍坊分院，拥有四个研究所，一个产业集团，各种教学仪器设备总值达4000余万元，基本形成了“产教结合”和“国际交流与合作办学”两项办学特色。不断深化人事分配制度改革，建立起以“职能包干、劳酬融促、勇于探索、全面提高”为核心内容的内部运行和分配新机制，推行了后勤服务社会化改革，学院办学得到了社会广泛认可，多年来毕业生一直供不应求，连续三年毕业生就业率均达100%。
