Based on the theory of unsteady porous flow, the pressure behavior of a well with single finite-conductivity vertical fracture in bounded reservoir is discussed.

For low non-Darcy flow in vertically fractured wells,based on the generalized Darcy s law,a series of non-Darcy flow differential equations and definite conditions of vertical fractured wells are built up.

In response to the flow process of wells with vertical fracture in low permeability reservoir,the model for measuring flow by using 3-pendulum wires is built after taking into consideration the impact of starting pressure gradient and deformation medium index.

With the modified definition, the single phase flow\'s water flooding response and its affecting factors in a five-spot water flooding pattern are studied by numerical simulations when the production well is an infinite conductivity vertical fracture well and the injection well is a straight well.
