卵巢非妊娠性原发性绒癌
是罕见的生殖细胞肿瘤，恶性度高。单纯性少，多混合其他生殖细胞肿瘤组织，如未成熟性畸胎瘤，无性细胞瘤，胚胎性癌，内胚窦瘤等。患者多为青春发育期前的女孩，单侧多。大小在8cm～30cm。具有包膜薄，实性，有出血坏死。由细胞滋养细胞及合体滋养细胞组成，若为混合性，则根据不同肿瘤的成分而有不同的组织类型。血及尿hCG阳性，表现为性早熟、及阴道出血等症状。常侵犯邻近器官，广泛播散于盆腹腔内，淋巴转移等。治疗以手术为主，对化疗不很敏感，预后差。
