Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and its soluble receptor (sIL-2R),and effects on convulsion in genetically epilepsy-prone rat(P77PMC).
方法 采用 ELISA方法检测 5 8例癫痫患儿和 2 3例健康儿血清 IL-2及其可溶性受体的浓度 ,并进行分组比较 ;观察侧脑室注射 IL-2对遗传性癫痫易感大鼠 (P77PMC)惊厥发作的影响。

Objective To investigate the changes and role of nitric oxide (NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in convulsions of genetically epilepsy-prone rat(P77PMC);Methods 35 rats with convulsion scores30-40 were randomly divided into 7 groups(A-G) respectively ,A -control ,G were pretreated with inhibitor of NOS ( N-nitro- arginine methyl ester, L-NAME) .

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of video-electroencephlogram (video-EEG) monitoring in the differential diagnosis for epileptic seizure(ES) and non-epileptic seizures(NES).
方法对拟诊为癫痫性发作(epileptic seizures,ES)的98例患儿(Ⅰ组)和拟诊为非癫痫性发作(non-epileptic seizures,NES)的136例患儿(Ⅱ组),进行3~8h的Video-EEG动态监测。

目的探讨儿童假性癫痫发作的临床特征与视频脑电图(VEEG)监测对儿童假性癫痫发作的诊断意义。
补充资料:家族性遗传性男性性早熟
家族性遗传性男性性早熟
病名。特发性男性性早熟之一。因下丘脑-垂体-性腺系统过早活动而致。原因不明。好发于1~2岁。遗传基因可通过女性,亦可通过男性传递。表现除身材较矮外,其他方面正常。但副性征出现早,13个月始即现阴茎发育,嗓音变低,出现阴毛、肌肉发达,身高增长加速,骨龄似幼儿。因睾丸酮作用使骨骺过早融合,生长很快停滞。尿17-KS排出量增多,甚至可达青年人水平。无特殊治疗。
