材料
南烛子250克，茯苓250克，芝麻500克。
调料
糖、玫瑰花各适量。
做法
将南烛子、茯苓、芝麻除去杂质，共研细末，加入适量白糖、玫瑰花以增口味，逐渐加入水，调成糊状，放入光波炉加热20秒，再用勺调匀即可，每日3次。
功能及主治
滋养肝肾，健脾安神，强筋骨驻颜。适用于神疲体倦，健忘，反应迟钝等症。
