| 肾性骨营养不良 renal osteody-strophy 由慢性肾功能衰竭导致的骨代谢病。简称肾性骨病。表现为钙磷代谢障碍，酸碱平衡失调，骨骼畸形并可引起继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进。骨骼方面表现为骨质 疏松、骨软化、纤维囊性骨炎、骨硬化及转移性钙化。幼年可能引起生长发育障碍。治疗目的是缓解症状，防治骨畸形及骨折、高血磷及维生素D缺乏；缓解甲状旁腺功能亢进，预防软组织转移性钙化，加强骨质矿化。尿毒症加剧者进行透析或肾移植。 |
