主料：面粉、鸡蛋
辅料：葡萄干、瓜子仁、小枣、椰丝、山楂糕
调料：黄油、白糖
烹制方法：
1、将鸡蛋打入盆中，加入小半碗白糖，顺一个方向搅拌，打20分钟左右至鸡蛋起泡为好；
2、在打好的鸡蛋中加入适量面粉，慢慢搅拌使面粉与鸡蛋充分结合，加入椰丝、瓜子仁、小枣、葡萄干、山楂糕搅拌均匀；
3、将黄油均匀的涂抹在电饭煲的内侧，倒入搅拌好的蛋糕液，将按键调至蛋糕档，蛋糕便可自动做好。
