Having analysed recent research status of tolerance modeling theories, error evaluation techniques and the Geometrical Product Specification (GPS), it is studied that the methods of tolerance modeling and error evaluation.
本文在分析公差建模理论、误差评价技术、新一代GPS标准体系研究现状的基础上，结合国家自然科学基金项目“基于GPS的三维公差建模方法与技术研究”(项目编号：50505046)，研究了GPS标准体系下公差建模及误差评价的方法，建立了基于SDT理论的形状公差数学模型，给出了形状误差评价的优化模型，并开发了相应的原型系统。
