b一!一yueefa比例预侧法(proportional foreeasting me-thod)根据历史的日、周、月度、年度负荷曲线中各时点的用电量或负荷值所占累积值或最大值的比例，分析其变化趋势，预侧未来需电量、负荷及负荷曲线的方法。应用该法的前提是在预侧期内用电结构和用电方式变化不大。在一般情况下，在较短时间内，各类用户的用电结构和用电方式不易发生大的变化，因此该法主要适用于短期(日、周、月度、年度)预侧，尤其适合于在日(周、月度、年度)内预侧本日(周、月度、年度)的总需电量水平，以及分行业的需电量及负荷。如果在一定时期内用电结构和用电方式没有发生较大变化，或者在能相对准确地分析其未来变化趋势时，该法也可用于中长期预侧。 比例预侧法的具体步骤是: (D收集、整理历史用电量或负荷数据，计算各时点用电量或负荷占日(周、月度、年度)累计值或最大值的比例(需电量预侧一般采用占累计值的比例，负荷预侧采用占最大值的比例)，分析其统计特征(平均值、方差、中位数等)，判断历史数据变化的规律性(若方差较小，说明规律性较强)。若规律性不强，则不宜采用比例预侧法。 (2)分析预侧期内各比例值的变化趋势，在历史数据比例值基础上对其进行合理修正，确定其在预测期内的水平值。 (3)根据经过修正得到的比例和预测期的累计电量或最大负荷，侧算日(周、月度、年度)的需电量、负荷值或负荷曲线。
