古称卧云冈。在山西运城市南２公里土垣上。坐北向 南，面临银湖（盐池），别具风光。唐大历间以神赐瑞盐， 遂建庙 奉之。北宋崇宁四年（１１０５年）奉东池神为资宝公， 西池神为 惠康公，大观二年（１１０８年）进爵为王， 元至元十二年（１２ ７５年）赐庙号“宏济”， 大德二年（１２９９年）加神号“广济 “永泽”，明洪武初年正号盐号灵佑，十九年重修，清顺治， 雍正 均有补葺。现存主要建筑为明嘉靖十四年遗构。庙前山门， 过殿， 中部三座戏台并峙，东西左右配殿套院，后部三座大殿并列， 规模 相当，形制类同，殿前月台顺联，构栏雕刻精致。元明碑石， 高可 ６米，矗立在阶前两侧。殿身宽深各５间，四周环廊，重檐九脊顶， 殿同梁架规整，檐下斗拱密臻出檐适度，翼角恽飞，劲健壮观。 三 殿所奉不一，按明嘉靖碑文载，中殿奉东池神与西池神， 东殿奉条 山（即中条山）风洞之神，西殿奉忠义武安王之神。
