The on-line measuring instrument for measuring the basic parameters of optical multifilament adopts two dimensions laser scanning technology to measure the size on two vertical directions, and obtains the diameters of inscribed and circumscribed circle of optical multifilament by theoretical calculation.

A DSP based control technique of fiber pulling machine is introduced in order to increase the fiber pulling machine s production efficiency.
为了提高光纤拉丝机的生产效率,提出一种基于DSP的光纤拉丝机控制方法;在分析了光纤拉丝机工作原理的基础上,将DSP的面向电机的高速控制能力应用于光纤拉丝机控制系统中;利用TMS320LF2407A芯片的A/D转换模块(ADC)作为系统输入接口,事件管理器模块的PWM波形输出来控制拉丝电机,激光测径仪为反馈元件,实现对光纤拉丝机的闭环控制;应用结果表明,该控制系统运行结果达到了控制要求,具有良好的实用性和推广价值。
