性质:把不同大小的籽仁破碎成粒度大致相等的碎片,然后用轧辊轧成薄片的操作称轧片。一般片的厚度为0.3~0.5mm,对不同油料要求薄片的厚度略有不同。纤维质较多或蛋白质含量高的油籽仁,为了减少轧片后的粉末,轧片前需轻度加热处理(软化),轧片采用的设备是轧片机。
