用量用法：
静滴：成人将注射液１０～２０ｍｌ，加入５％或１０％葡萄糖注射液２５０～５００ｍｌ中缓慢滴注，每日１次。儿童用量酌减。对重症黄疸病人，每日可用２次。对低血钾病人可适当加大剂量。
注意事项：
1.不能作肌注或静注。 2.肾功能不全或高钾血症病人禁用。 3.除洋地黄中毒病人外，对房室传导阻滞者慎用。
规格：注射液：每支１０ｍｌ，每毫升含钾１０．６～１２．２ｍｇ、含镁３．９～４．５ｍｇ。
